MORE ABOUT LUNA
Luna Angelina (She/Her) has had a creative spirit from the moment of her birth. With an artistic mother and a logic-driven engineer father, she has developed a passion for problem-solving and creative processes.
From the age of ten, Luna was hard at work, directing her eight younger siblings in homemade plays and films, organizing a cancer-fundraising group with her cousins, and learning to use power tools. While she may have never dreamed of her name in lights, when speaking about young Luna, her family seemed to have no doubt about the possibility.
High school held many positions of leadership for an ambitious young woman, and upon graduation, Luna found herself presented with the Faculty Key Award, High Honors, and a Certificate of Achievement in Film. Luna also received high marks on her Capstone project, a 30-minute video about the school, created by herself, and a crew of 20 volunteer students under her supervision.
In 2018 she went on to attend Ithaca College on scholarship, graduating in 2022 with a BFA in Film, Photography, and Visual Arts, a minor in Marketing, the honor of Magna Cum Laude, and a Subaru Outback packed to the brim.
Then Luna shipped off to New Mexico, to see what she could see.
While she may call photography her “specialty” Luna can’t help but dip her hands in many forms of media, including (but not limited to), painting, jewelry making, woodwork, screenwriting, graphic design, acting, singing, and video and photo editing. She is certainly quick to pick up new tricks.
She may be known by peers for her big red toolbox, and grip kit (which are never far behind), but Luna's favorite assets are her ability to adapt and problem solve, which have been graciously developed by past student and professional experiences. While her solutions may seem unconventional at times, they have almost certainly originated from outside “the box”.
Luna thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to work side by side to see what she can do for you!
